He perception blitzed her twice: first, when he cut up the girl before her noticing, and second, slashed her before she could even react to what happened. These are solidified as perception blitzes since she was surprised both times, and only realised after the fatality happened. Now, we all know Doma was playing and toying around with her, not trying in the fight, right? Would you really call her feats of outspeeding Doma valid when he was clearly shown to be toying with her and not using any effort, especially since he easily got two perception blitzes on her? Especially when he called Kanao and even Kanae superior to her but also perception blitzed them both? This shows that he could have ended the fight any time he wanted, and killed Shinobu instantly. He could have done so the moment she walked into the room, but decided to toy with her. He even considered this fight a “game”. This shows that this fight is the true definition of a no diff, as he could have ended her at any time he wanted.

The centipede attack she used was a pure death amp, and a huge outlier which shouldn’t be used for scaling. Shes portrayed as so far below Doma that she’s helpless against him, and he can end her at any time he wants, which he does, but she goes from being perception blitzed to perception blitzing him? This is ridiculous, and defies any logic in scaling. It’s simply a death amp and outlier to make Shinobu look good before she dies. She only ever hit him because he wasn’t using any effort, was toying and let her hit him. He doesn’t care about the fight, as she cant kill him, so she only got those hits off as he let her to, he knows he can’t die to her measly poison, so he very obviously allowed it to happen. Shinobu scales nowhere near even a playing Doma, he didn’t even bother to use more than one BDA in the fight and one shot her with a single, playful and effortless swing of his fan. Shes clearly portrayed to be far weaker, and that’s why she had to create a plan in advance in the first place.
