Hello! I’m 26 and started a great, stable job last year so I’m starting to look into buying a townhouse but I’m becoming discouraged by how much I will have to save for a down payment just to afford something decent. I’m also nervous about just doing life on a single income. Every other SLP (and person for that matter) I know is married with kids and that life just isn’t for me. I get nervous about the lack of room to grow financially in this field. A lot of people will reassure me that I will make more in the future but I know that it won’t necessarily be the case for me. I just would like to know if there are any other single SLPs out there and how they feel. I’m lonely and anxious and would like to hear some success stories! Thank you!

Give me all the pros and cons of both. I’m 25 and considering moving back home to save up to buy. Everyone tells me it’s the right financial move but I’m worried about the mental effects of moving back home. I’m also not totally sure if I’m ready to buy something and have to deal with all the maintenance. Just want to hear the good and bad of both from fellow single ladies. Thank you!

Hello, I recently bought some material off Etsy and was putting them together when I thought I could do this. I was wondering if anyone felt that making materials to sell on TPT or Etsy was actually worth their time. Also, if anyone does make materials where do you find your images for speech cards to avoid copyright issues. I’m wanting to find an easy avenue to make extra cash, I already work full time and PRN on the weekend lol. Thanks for any feedback!
