I’ve been having problems with terrible packet loss when trying to play games. Rivals, OW, etc. and there are problems when trying to connect to games with friends on things like Palworld or Baldurs Gate. One of the difficulties is that I live in an apartment so it’s not like I can really do much about connections.

Is there anything I can do to try and fix the problem?

I just got my CPAP machine yesterday and some of the rules they gave me seemed pretty wasteful and excessive. Obviously keep up with the regular cleanings but do I really need to replace parts as often as they say? Or are there other things that you changed with your machine/things you do differently now?
