Please help my school list

Ca orm
Gpa is in the low 3s
But significant upward trend, straight A for 8 semesters until graduation. Been in undergrad slightly longer than others but my first couple years were rough and tanked my gpa.
My mcat score is not released yet but im assuming low to mid 500s idk...
I have great extracurricular with 7 years of emt and 6 months er teching.

Am i a DO only candidate or should I also apply broadly md. If so where? I did get msar but its hard to tell where to apply cuz of my mcat score but trying to prep my list. Would like some help building DO and MD list. Thank you.

Those who that they didnt do well on real deal

So I wrote the mcat on 6/13 and had a some time to reflect. I definitely feel like I didn't perform up to my standards or as well as I did during my FL.
Im not one of those people who consistently score 510+. Im more of an avg 506-508 scorer based on fl 4-6.

Cp was obvious hard af
Cars was hard af but i usually always score low so honestly cant tell difference lmao 😢
Bb and ps were okay but i think there were more nuances and potential mistakes i made here and there.

I already know i got 12 questions wrong confirmed across cp, bb and ps.

I flagged like 15+ on cp
And around 7-10 on bb and ps each

Now i know a lot of people say they bombed their exams and end up doing well or even better than their fl avg. but i only see people say that when they are 515+ or 520+ consistent scorers. Obviously, im not that so I wanna know if that holds true for those who score in my range.

Although 6/13 was on the harder spectrum, im curious to know if the scale/curve would be more generous than the avg fl. Or should I expect a similar scale/curve for real deal vs fl.

If anyone did similar flaggings and confirmed wrong questions, what were your scores? Thanks!

Also based on what I said, can I assume my score is cooked? 😔 i am like spiraling since post exam so be honest but dont be mean please...

6/13 my thoughts...

CP and Cars were hard as fk.

The first 2-3 cp passages were physics and honestly idk man... it got better thought but I missed the standalone freebie questions too idk.

Cars hard af idk what more to say.

Compared to cp and cars, definitely did better at bb and ps. But i wouldnt say it was "easy"

Probably still flagged like 10 questions for bb and ps

Cp was closer to 15+

I still finished all sections on time though... primarily maybe cuz i kept myself conscious about time and moved on if i had no idea wtf they were saying?

Unscored aamc representative?

I have take
Bp half length
Bp fl1
Aamc 1,2, and 3 so far

I took aamc fl 2 and 3 one week or two weeks apart (i forgot) and scored 503 both exams
Score break down for fl3
Cp 127
Cars 121
Bb 128
Ps 127
One week after fl3 (yesterday), my score jumped a lot a lot for unscored aamc sample

Unscored aamc sample
Cp:50/59
Cars: 36/59
Bb: 49/59
Ps: 50/59

Is unscored representative?
Ive looked and heard cars is easier but havent heard much regarding other sections. I personally thought it felt easier but im not sure if its because i just got better or the exam is easier
