Here are some photos of the newly released Revoltech Ryu Hayabusa action figure

Here’s some photos I took from my Instagram account of the newly released Ryu Hayabusa action figure. This guy is such an improvement in the QC department from the previously released Ninja Gaiden 2 Hayabusa from last year. I bought two of these NG3RE Hayabusa’s and both came with solid QC. Not only his QC is better, there are a few small changes in his engineering compared to the previous that make this guy a much better experience overall.

I’d recommend this figure to NG/DOA fans highly.

The infamous staircase fight of Ninja Gaiden 2 on Master Ninja! Only about a minute of it though.

Got to the staircase fight last night when playing OG NG2 on Master Ninja. Man this was a mix of emotions for me. It was cool, fun, ridiculous, funny, chaotic and satisfying. The Tonfas absolutely shred the enemies so fast, it’s beautiful. Am still on my journey through completing OG NG2 on MN, but I’m getting closer to the end on this difficulty.

Although I gotta say, it was a lot shorter than I expected. Only took about 3 minutes I think? Not sure if that’s cause I went all the way to the top then slowly went back down. I didn’t get a whole lot of IS Ninjas. But either way this was great.

Another day, another Izuna Drop

Footage above is from my Xbox Series X, played on Master Ninja difficulty.

Doing the Izuna Drop with the Lunar Staff in NGB/NGS is probably one of the most satisfying things for me to do in the game.

Lmao this is why I still love Halo

Was playing some Halo last night on the MCC. Hadn’t played Halo in quite a while as I’ve been playing others games like Ninja Gaiden, Dead or Alive and Devil May Cry.

So I just thought, “you know what, let me check back on my old favorite franchise” despite it failing me multiple times in a row. And I play a few matches in Halo Reach and Halo 3 and man I suck at Reach. But Halo 3? My bread and butter overall when it comes to the MP.

I then hopped in BTB and was just messing around with the Mongoose cause it’s fun to drive, I wanted someone in the back seat, and then this guy on Blue team appears out of nowhere LMFAO, the opposing side joins me to just mess around in the mongoose. I died by his teammate and he winded up killing his own teammate for killing me XD I didn’t expect this encounter one bit. Had to go back to theatre to get this clip.

Another one of my Ninja Gaiden Black (MN) compilations. Love this game to death.

As the title says, here’s another compilation of some of my Master Ninja runs in NGB. Top 5 games of all time in my book. Keep replaying this game non stop when I have the free time lmao.

If you watched the whole little compilation, thank you sincerely for your time.

Footage above was taken from my Xbox Series X.

Side note: that fight with Spirit Doku could’ve been way better, was sloppy. BUT that was my first attempt at fighting him on that MN, was my second run on MN. So I was super stoked that I didn’t die when fighting him.

Here is a little compilation of my Ninja Gaiden Black (Master Ninja difficulty) clips merged into one :D

As the title says, these are all clips I’ve taken from my Xbox Series X during my time of playing Ninja Gaiden Black on Master Ninja difficulty. These aren’t crazy good clips but I’m happy with them. I don’t usually do anything super fancy like try and make combos while playing any Ninja Gaiden game tbh, j just play to beat my opponents in the most efficient way that I am able to. These clips are also from like my 3rd or 4th play through on MN difficulty in NGB specifically.

If you watched it all, thank you sincerely for your time. I’ll probably upload another one like this but I’ll wait till then. God I love this game, can’t say that enough.

Like I said above, footage was taken from my Xbox Series X.

The DOA Throwback outfit was dope in NGB, probably my favorite outfit to use in NGB.

This fit on that boy Hayabusa always looks super cool to me, idk why. Looks the best in NG compared to DOA simply cause they gave him a mask, though I still rock it whenever I play DOA cause it’s a cool design to me. Wish it was in NG3RE and OG NG2. Least it’s also in Sigma 2.

Screenshots here were taken from my Xbox Series X on Master Ninja difficulty.

God the Tonfas UT is super satisfying to watch.

Am currently on Chapter 10 in OG Ninja Gaiden 2 on Master Ninja. Decided to whip out the good old Tonfas. Man the animations they did and the sound effects for whenever Hayabusa kills the enemies with the Tonfas is super satisfying to watch and hear. Amazing work on Team Ninja’s end.

The way Hayabusa just shreds through his enemies with these things is just perfection.

Anyone else have this issue with NGB on the Series X before?

POTENTIAL SEIZURE WARNING

Was playing NGB on my Series X last night on Master Ninja once more, I got to chapter 4 and wanted to watch the cutscene play out whenever you first meet Rachel. However this weird glitch literally occurred as the pre-rendered cutscene played out. Idk why it just started flashing like this, never has happened before. Idk if anyone else knows this issue or if it has happened to anyone before, but it’s anyone knows about this, please do share any information.

Again, footage taken from my Xbox Series X.

This is both funny and boring to me, but worth it for the essence (OG NG2, MN)

As the title says, these fights underwater, particularly against these giant fish things, are funny and boring to me. Funny cause literally all I’m doing is just sitting in the water shooting this giant needle water gun thing, but at the same time super boring cause that’s literally all I’m doing. It is worth it though, cause you get a big wad of essence. I mean just look at Hayabusa here, he looks kind of like “just another day taking care of these giant fiend fish”. Idk if people do what I do here in OG NG2 but I’d suggest doing it tbh, yeah boring but you get a lot of essence. Just keep spamming B, don’t even move your analog stick.

Honestly, this chapter in OG NG2 on Master Ninja is not that bad tbh, the worm fight in the tunnel was pretty easy. The hardest part in this level for me was the area with a bunch of Rocket Ninjas and the flying bone dragon things. But even then, it really wasn’t that hard. Only died I believe a total of 5 times? Got through it and am now on Chapter 10 :D which is possibly the funnest chapter for me, POSSIBLY.

This was done a few days ago when I was playing OG NG2 on Master Ninja, still in progress of completing this game on this difficulty. Anyway, just 360 Y the left analog stick and try getting him in a corner. You can do this strat much better than I did, mine here in the video is sloppy. I don’t usually look up videos on how to beat bosses but hot dog, I had to for this. This strat is taken from JayTB on YouTube, so shoutout JayTB.

Idk if this applies to Sigma 2 and 2 Black, I’ve beaten Sigma 2 on MN but I forgot how I beat this guy in that version. So if you’re playing OG NG2, this’ll work.

Footage above was taken from my Xbox Series X, played on Master Ninja Difficulty.

Was replaying NGB here once more on Master Ninja and used Wind Path. Sloppy run here tbh, wasn’t trying too much here, was just casually playing the game on MN. But in the clip I do use Wind Path to my advantage. Mainly sharing this for players who never think to utilize Hayabusa’s full kit to their advantage. This also applies to Sigma 1 as well.

Hello once more, people on this platform. I posted a review of DMC1 about 50 days ago, then followed up with a review of DMC2 about 30 days ago. I am new to this franchise and have been playing these DMC games and overall have been having a blast. As the title says, I finished the game for the very first time last night. Heads up, this is gonna be a long first impression review with spoilers for DMC3 if you haven’t played it. If you read all of this, thank you.

To start things off, I finished DMC2 like I said above, and man that game rubbed me the wrong way honestly, such a disappointing follow up from the first game imo. I had to take a week break from the DMC games cause how disappointed I was from DMC2. After that, I decided let me give DMC3 a try and hot dog, I was surprised. It took me a few weeks to beat DMC3, took my time with this game and also was playing other games at the same time.

Okay, now here’s the start of the actual review. The gameplay, as that’s the most important element to me in games, specially these type of games. The gameplay in DMC3 is top notch, so far it is the best in the entire franchise, again, I’ve only played the first 3. DMC3 has so much depth to its combat system that’s it’s crazy to me how well it holds up in 2026. At first I wasn’t big on the style system where you can have Swordmaster style or Royal Guard as some examples. For the first portion of DMC3 I mainly used Swordmaster as I love being able to use the extra moveset you get when using that and I like to play very offensively. After that I tried Royal Guard and at first I was like “ehhhhh” cause I was used to just rolling out of the enemies way, however this changed whenever I realized the potential it had. The beauty of this system I’ve come to realize is that it allows for much versatility and freedom to the player’s own style that they want to go with. If you really like guns, go for gunslinger, if you are really a defensive type guy, use Royal Guard, if you want to move around quicker out of the enemies way, use Trickster. Like I said, at first this wasn’t for me until I played around with the different styles. Also the combos in this game are fantastic. You can really get creative with the many weapons at your dispense. I always had Rebellion equipped though as my primary, as I personally feel like it’s like the Dragon Sword from Ninja Gaiden, it’s the best overall and most versatile weapon that you can’t go wrong with. I do definitely plan on replaying this game because I want to get better at it. I’d like to experiment more with the many weapons and try them all out more. I didn’t use Cerberus that much, will definitely use him when I replay it. The adventure elements of this game were great too, just like DMC1, I like the little breaks of mini puzzles you have to solve. Nice addition. I did play as Vergil a bit, and he functions pretty cool, need to play him more to see his full potential. I also like how Devil Trigger in this game works compared to DMC2. I wasn’t a fan of the customization of DT in DMC2, I was more of a fan of the way DMC1 did where the two weapons that had DT in that game had unique functions and stood out enough for you to know the differences. DMC3 does the DMC1 way of DT basically where each weapon has their unique set of abilities in DT and I like that a lot personally.

The enemies you face in this game are such an improvement over DMC2, whereas in that game they were not threatening nor interesting to fight at all. In my eyes DMC2 enemies are punching bags. DMC3 once more fixes that issue entirely, the enemy variation in the game is splendid and is on par with DMC1. The boss fights are also really great overall in this game, there were only I think one or two boss fights that I personally didn’t care for/enjoy personally. I was able to beat Jester all three times :D didn’t skip one fight with that guy. Vergil is a great boss fight, all three times. The difficulty is great for someone like me, it’s challenging but fun, you learn from your mistakes. I can see though for someone who’s a casual gamer that this DMC might be a little hard, imo on normal mode it definitely was the hardest of the 3. I did unfortunately use one vital start against Vergil’s final fight as that was the hardest boss fight for me lmao.

The story of DMC3 is a pretty solid story, I like that we get to see a young version of the beloved Danny boy. And his journey through this game as well as his character growth. I think it’s pretty cool. As well as having many, I mean MANY memorable cutscenes in the game. The characters are also all memorable, Dante of course, Vergil, Lady, Arkham and even some of the Bosses you face are memorable as heck. I liked seeing the two personality differences between Dante and Vergil a lot. Vergil is very much like super intelligent, classy and almost snobby lmao, whereas Dante is much more laid back and goofy. I loved the moment on mission 19 where you fight Arkham and despite Dante and Vergil being enemies throughout the game, they teamed up in that mission to defeat Arkham. That had me hyped as heck also cause you got Vergil in the arena with you fighting Arkham, top notch stuff right there for me. I love how in the previous two DMC games, Dante tells Trish and Lucia “Devils never cry” whenever they cry at the end of the game, however this time around it’s Dante who’s crying due to the loss of Vergil. The ending credits were super too cause you literally fight alongside Lady as the credits are rolling out, as I didn’t expect this to be the case. Again, top notch stuff for me. I also love how Lady says “LETS ROCK BABY!” while fighting along side Danny Boy, reminds me of when he says it in the first game’s intro before you actually start the game.

Level design in this game is on par with DMC1, I really dig it a lot, although I miss the dark eerie feel of DMC1’s whole game in general, DMC3 has a great vibe to it very much so. The boss arenas were solid, although I think I still like DMC1’s more.

Now with all that praise, nothing’s perfect and these are some of the things that bothered me personally about this game. The camera, albeit, the camera is doable and not bad like DMC2’s, the camera was definitely annoying at times for me, an example was on mission 20, the final fight against Vergil, the camera for some reason would go really close to the wall and I could not see what Dante was doing and I was just taking hits from Vergil. I was hoping that they would’ve ditched the fix Camera angle for the most part, but eh, like I said it’s not terrible at all, but can be annoying at times. This might just be me, but I do wish mission 18 was a bit better, the idea of having to fight the previous bosses is cool and I can see why people would like that, but for me personally I would’ve much preferred to fight new bosses. Although at the same time I don’t see how fighting new bosses would have been good at this point in the game considering it’s so late. Some bosses were okay, most were great. An example like the giant centipede, that fight was okay to me though I think it was also creative at the same time with how it goes through the tunnels and stuff. Also, Arkham’s boss fight was pretty underwhelming and I think it could’ve been designed better. Not a fun boss imo, though Vergil coming in to help you is a major upside to it. That’s pretty much my gripes with this game, these are very minor tbh.

Overall, DMC3 is a fantastic game, you get a lot here and its replay value is definitely up there for me with the Ninja Gaiden games and the first DMC game. If I had to give each DMC game I’ve played so far a rating this would probably be it.

DMC1: 8/10

DMC2: 4/10

DMC3: 9/10

This is my personal opinion as a newcomer to these games, DMC3 definitely is a great game I’d recommend many people to play. It’s hard for me to pick though between DMC1 and DMC3 after playing both. I’m not gonna get into DMC4 just yet as I do really want to replay DMC3 here soon when I have the time as it’s just a great game. Hoping DMC4 will be as good as DMC3, if not better. I put my rankings in the post cause why not lmao, I mostly just got B ranks consistently. I will make another review for DMC4 whenever I get to it. Thank you for your time sincerely if you read all of this, means a lot to me :)

All of these photos are taken from the DMC HD Collection on my Xbox Series X.

Was playing DMC3 the other day, and had gotten to mission 9, fun level it was, but once I beat the boss fight, I didn’t expect this cutscene to play out LMFAO. Was so random and unexpected to me XD. This game’s got so much character to it, I love it.

I’m still on my journey getting through DMC3 for the first time, I’m currently on mission 15, great game DMC3 is so far. But I do have a question for you DMC fanatics, is Nevan a good weapon to use? I’ve tried using it and I think I kind of get how to use it but the combos that it has are confusing for me to understand, like how it says to tap on the left stick while hitting the Y button (I’m on Xbox). Is it a crowd control type weapon? Or is it best to like switch between another weapon while using it for combos.

Anyway, thought I’d share this ridiculous scene here. Footage was taken from my Xbox Series X, played on Normal Difficulty.

Also, PLEASE don’t mention any spoilers on DMC4 and 5

EDIT: Title should’ve said “Beat Ninja Gaiden Black on Master Ninja once again”, idk why I thought I put Beat instead of Best.

As the title above says, I beat NGB once more on MN difficulty. Yeah I could’ve beaten Fiend Murai in more efficient way and less sloppy but I didn’t feel like it this time tbh I just wanted to beat the game again. Total play time on this run says 21 hours though that’s also cause sometimes I leave my game paused while I do other things lmao. I did complete this run on MN way faster than my first run on MN difficulty which racked at a total of 39 hours lmfao. I show that off at near the end of this clip.

I gotta say, absolutely love this game to death, super rewarding once you actually understand how it works. NGB is the most balanced and fair game on this difficulty IMO. I’m still on chapter 8 in OG NG2 MN, and I’ve gotten better at that game for sure but there are still some things that I think are unbalanced a bit and wish the enemy variety in some chapters was more thought out, but still great nonetheless. Razor’s Edge on MN isn’t too far from 2 but Razor’s Edge suffers from the really crappy enemy variety and the boss fights are the worst in that game. The only fight l’ll say sucks in NGB is Awakened Alma, truly the most infuriating boss in NGB and NGS. Other than that, the game is great and is probably my 3rd favorite video game of all time, maybe 4th but top 5 for sure.

Footage above was taken from my Xbox Series X. Just wanted to share this, thank you for your time if you read all of this. I’ll definitely replay this game again on MN soon lmao.
