I am scared.

I recently development cholorgenic urticaria with a troubled ability to sweat, I've been dealing with it for maybe around 7-8 months now, been trying different medicines and cutting foods, what I haven't tried is full scale intense sweat therapy because of the stinging pain, but I've seen people saying that their urticaria has not let up after even 14 years, seeing that number is genuinely making me deppresed, I'd be lying if I hadn't thought about leaving the Minecraft server because of this dumb condition, we are all in this together.

Losing hope and motivation

Almost all my life I've been prone to sickness and diseases. I contracted acute myocarditis about 1-2 years ago, the right and left chamber of my heart was badly inflamed and covered in liquid, sitting up on the hospital bed was painful, let alone walking. I was stuck in my room for weeks, cried during restless nights, if I had to get somewhere they'd take me in a wheelchair, I felt so lost, so helpless. After i recovered in a year or so of healing, in very early 2027 about maybe 6 months ago and still ongoing I developed cholorgenic urticaria with a total loss of sweat function besides my sympathetic system. And I've done a lot of things, ive went to a lot of doctors, drank a lot of medicine, but I am so tired of trying to get better.. I am tired of gulping down 2-4 antihistamines a day, drinking anxiety relief medication, visiting all these doctors and having my urticaria flare up either because of the stress of doing something I never liked, or going somewhere new amongst bunch of random strangers, or even worse the dang summer heat of 20-30C°.. the hives are painful, it's ruining my sleep, I can't workout properly anymore, I can't walk outside anymore without bringing a spray bottle for my skin, even then it doesn't always help, I can't cook for long, the "doctors" don't want to push for anything new that could help me, I just want to go back to the way things were before, I don't understand how it could just appear so suddenly, I was going to practice, training, going outside to play football with my friends, taking strolls whenever I felt like it. Its not all bad, I've started reading books, fixed my bedtime, increased my water intake etc, I also do still workout, but it's nothing compared to what I used to do.. my heat tolerance is horrible, I find 10C° warm, meanwhile the rest of my family consider around 20C to be nice and warm, meanwhile 18C° is hot as hell to me, overall it is better then it was since day 1, but I just don't know how much fight in me I have left to handle this stupid thing, genuinely ruining my social life, mental health and physical health, even anything remotely stressful like a competitive game ticks my body enough to fuck my day over. I can say I feel "better" than I was a few months ago, but considering I was sober from SH for years until about last month, and having suicidal thoughts after years of progress in getting rid of them, I'd say I've gotten worse mentally, If anybody can preform miracles, please.. help, so I can live my damn life.
