I recently ordered some goods from a dealer and he shipped my parcel via xpressbees, he shared the tracking id on the same day. However I'm not being able to check it's current status all it shows is pickup failed

But the dealer who sent me the shipment is idkkk it was the first time ordering from him. I mailed them 2 days ago too but still no response their customer care service is soooooo bad can't even talk to a customer executive. What can I do it's been a week and the sender say ki apka parcel same day dispatch ho gaya tha now idk I got scammed or it's really some glitch in their server.

Has it happened with someone else too?
