I wil be joining Accenture at Level 8 as Associate Manager (Bussiness & Tech delievery) in SAP PS role., I will be switching fom End user of Mfg comany to IT for the first time. i need your expert advice on what a typical day would be in accenture. what are responicibilities? and how much is the growth potential and risk.

Accenture is offering a Level 8 Associate Manager position with a 24 LPA fixed salary, while Infosys has offered a JL5 role with 20 LPA fixed. I've been an end-user until now, so I don't have any IT experience. I'm looking for advice on which company is better overall—not just for salary, but also considering work-life balance, job security, learning opportunities, and everything else

I recently got offer for Level 8 (SAP PS) In accenture and accepted the offer , now i was going through this statemet, that we need to undergo the training and assesment after joining and if we complete the assement then only employement wil be continued... i any one know what kinnd of these training is there, any one attended the same, as i am lataral hire.. is this a matter of worry? ppls advice.

I have working in a Sugar industory for 15 years and worked on SAP PS form last 7 years, i cracked the interview for accenture and got offer for level 8. i have hands on exp in managing only invest type capex, now am worried and confised, as i am totally new to IT filed, whether the work can be managable?..any support wil be given in initil phase? it was my dream to join accenture and work on SPA so some how i cleared. but now worried.
