I rent trailer to different companies, sometimes a sub lease, but the insurance part seems to take everything, are there any where you can get a decent rate without scale?

Let me preference that i know water and oil paint do not mix, but what I've always been curious of is of you could get an interesting decorative finish by blending them.

From what I've seen online you might be able to force a temporary emulsion, but that it would never cure, or that the mix will just coagulate and be unusable.

Anyone tried it?

I understand theres alot that goes into maximizing riders and all that, but is there a reason we don't just add trains onto highways medians?

I can only guess that platforms for people become a problem over such large spans, and that maintaining those would also be an issue since you still have get to the track.
