TLDR AT BOTTOM
So my South Indian friend (24F) has been dating her North Indian bf (24M) for like about 4 years now. They have also been in live in relationship since she’s gone to a different country to do her undergrad. She graduated earlier this year and is currently supposed to do an internship outside Hyderabad (she started it, got a flat in the city and everything) . About 4 days ago someone sent pictures of her and her bf to her father who happens to be a police and has a very conservative, typical strict father mindset. The very next morning he came to her flat, asked to pack her stuff up, and picked her up and left. We haven’t been in contact with her ever since and the last time I saw her location get updated on find my was 3 days ago at her home.
All her social are now deactivated and we have been informed by her sister to not text her anywhere because things at house are really bad.

I wanna help her out and try and sneak in a phone into her house to make sure she has contact with the outside world. I cannot just try and sneak into her house because she has a guard dog in her house and it’s very risky considering her dad’s a police officer, has way too much security and everything.

Has anybody been in a similar situation like this before or has any hacks on how I can help her put please let me know 🙏🏼.

Hello all! I have a huge commercial property ( 4 floors + G) that I want to both sell and lease out. The ground floor of the property is already leased out and is running well. I would now like to lease out the first two floors and the 4th floor but I am absolutely clueless. I have zero experience in real estate business and need all the help I can.

I wanna pitch in the property to Zudio and Reliance and any other major retailers. So far, I have learnt how to create a property deck and used AI to draft an email, but I really don’t know how to reached the correct people. All the information online seems to be so on the base level. There is no way for me to actually reach out to the Zudio people since all the emails online just keep getting returned to me saying that the ID is invalid has anybody ever mailed these big retailers, or has anybody been successful in getting their property lease out to any other big major retailers? If yes, can you please help me out with how you did it and provide me with some tips that can you help me selling out my property?

To give a little background on my property, it is located in a tire-2 city in Telangana and has great foot fall and has two basements of parking and even better exteriors. It has about 75+ educational institutions within the 10 km radius and is overall a great property for any clothing company or coaching centres. My idea is to lease out the first two floors to major clothing companies like Zudio or reliance trends and for the fourth floor. I would like to either sell it rent it or lease it out to entertainment zones or coaching centres.

TLDR: have a fourth floor property in a tire to city that I want to lease out to Zudio or Reliance. I need a POC and the SOP to reach out to these big retailers.

And ngl, I am bored of going to papilo and BTB these are the only best cafés here imho.
