Hey everyone,

I'm looking to bring on a Web Development Intern to help me build websites and web applications based on finalized Figma designs.

This is general coding work — projects range from Shopify builds to React/Next.js web apps to internal tools like CRMs and ERPs. It's about clear communication, understanding the end goal properly, and getting things built efficiently — using solid coding fundamentals along with AI tools to move faster.

Context:

Here's how my projects usually work:

A separate design team creates the final Figma designs

I handle the overall structure, functionality, and direction

Projects span Shopify stores (often on free themes), Next.js/React web apps, and custom systems like CRMs and ERPs for clients

Code is often written and refined using AI tools (like Claude) alongside hands-on coding, then implemented, tested, and polished

I'm now looking for someone to support this execution side.

What you'll be doing:

Understanding Figma designs and the intended outcome

Helping convert designs into working pages/apps — Shopify, React/Next.js, or otherwise

Writing and debugging HTML / CSS / JS / Liquid / React, using AI tools to speed up the process where useful

Contributing to backend/internal-tool work (CRM, ERP, and similar systems) as projects require

Implementing custom sections/components into themes or codebases

Testing layouts and functionality across desktop and mobile

Communicating clearly if something is unclear or not working

What matters most for this role:

Basic coding knowledge is required — you should be comfortable writing and reading HTML/CSS/JS, and open to picking up React/Next.js and other stacks as needed

Clear communication

Ability to understand instructions and intent

Comfort working alongside AI tools (not a requirement to already be an expert at it)

Logical thinking and problem breakdown

Taking ownership of tasks till completion

This role is open to people at all experience levels — from students/freshers to more experienced developers. Pay and responsibility will be scoped based on your experience and skill level, so don't hesitate to apply regardless of where you're at.

If you've learned web dev basics (HTML/CSS/JS, and ideally some React or Shopify/Liquid exposure), this role can be a great fit.

Pay Range:

INR 15,000/month onwards, depending on experience and portfolio

Who this is ideal for:

Someone learning web development, with some fundamentals already in place

Someone who wants exposure beyond Shopify — to React, Next.js, and building real business systems like CRMs/ERPs

Someone curious about AI-assisted workflows

Someone who enjoys execution and problem-solving

Someone who wants real project experience, not dummy tasks

How we'll start:

A paid test task (small section or page), then move into:

Internship-style engagement

Ongoing project work

Working from office in Pune

How to apply

Please DM me with:

A short intro about yourself

What you've learned so far (web dev / React / Shopify / tools)

Any relevant work (even personal or practice projects)

Your availability (hours per week)

If things work well, this role can grow into a full-time position. Over time, you'll get exposure not just to Shopify, but to React/Next.js web development, CRM/ERP builds, design implementation, AI-assisted workflows, and how real client projects are executed and scaled. (Start your DM with "Wadup") I'm looking for someone who wants to grow across tech, design, and business execution, not just complete tasks.

Thanks!
