I run a shop on Eldorado and I pull in around $300 every 3 days which I promptly withdraw to Skrill. From Eldorado to my bank account after fees it's $341.40 down to $309.44, about a 9.3% fee.
Does anyone here with Payoneer know if it has a better rate, and how much better? I'm debating whether it's worth the hassle trying to go through their ID verify system or to leave it and just stick with Skrill.
Reading through horror stories right now about the whole family link exploit.
One of the solutions discussed in a blog was Advanced Protection, however I tried it and I could still underage myself and get added to a family group.
Another solution is to make my own family group with me as the parent, but it seems pretty easy to delete if someone has full remote access to my computer, which is what I assume happens to most people.
I plan on getting a spare device with nothing on it, putting a brand new gmail account onto it, and making every one of my google accounts 13-17 years old so I can add it to this spare device's Family Link. This should keep me safe for a few years before it's either patched or I can "renew" it.
Questions:
> Will I have any restrictions on my account regarding YouTube or other services if my account is 13-17?
> Is there any other methods to prevent the exploit that don't involve making a family group?
> What actions should I take to ensure I can't lose access to the parental gmail? I'm thinking of encrypting the drive with a password and potentially buying a security key to access the parent account if anything goes wrong with the spare computer.
> Is there any way to circumvent Family Link if you're in a group at 13-17? I'd assume an attacker wouldn't be able to "override" the Family Link my accounts are in if they make my account <13, and it would just bind it to my parental gmail automatically, going to test this in the next days if no one already has.
