Has anyone fished these spots before?

Just wondering if anyone has ever fished these spots? I think the one at Fanshawe is probably prohibited but how about the pond on spring bank? I feel like it’s hard to access but might actually have some fish there

Callhomefest is coming up this weekend, I’m going to the Saturday show and I’m trying to figure out the parking situation. does anyone have any info on where to park nearby and how much it would cost? plan on arriving at 6:30-7
