Does Anyone Know Where in Southern Brevard You Can Buy Bulk Soil

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for a good place to get bulk garden soil that won't cost me a small fortune. I've seen the places on Google, but I'm also looking for real life experiences with different places. I've got 2 new raised garden beds that are a decent size, plus other projects that I need a decent amount of soil for.

Thanks in advance.

Weird Question, But Have Any of You Heard of the Town of Rehoboth?

ETA: I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who replied! You guys are awesome!

I have not been to New England, and so I am not familiar with the lay of the land at all, hence why I'm coming here. I'm curious if any of you have heard of a town called Rehoboth in Rhode Island, vs Massachusetts. I know Google tells me that they're wicked close, but I'm curious on what local lore/knowledge people might have over an impersonal search engine.

The reason I'm asking, is because I'm looking into a friend's family history and we're trying to find where his ancestor hails from. I found an entry mentioning Rehoboth, Rhode Island, but as far as I can see, it doesn't exist.

Thanks in advance for any wisdom you may be able to provide.

This Beautiful Baby Came Back! Anyone Know What This Flower Is?

We lost a few plants to the freeze this past season, but this baby came back! Our old neighbor gave us a clipping well over 10 years ago of this mysterious flower. We had no indication he was going to flower at all, then today he bloomed! Very happy. Anyone happen to know what flower this is?

3 Year Old Whirlpool Fridge Possibly Leaking Freon?

Hi guys!

I've got a 3 year old, manufactured October 2022 from what the label says (purchased within a few months of there), and it's not cooling right - side by side (not sure if this matters). We've cleaned the stuff under the fridge (brain left me the moment I started typing this as to what this is called), have run 24+ hour defrost (complete shutdown), it's not leaking water or anything like that. There's no build-up of ice that we can see.

We had a repair guy come to work on it and he said it was one of two things, either the sensor or a freon leak. He's replaced the sensor and at first it gave the appearance of working, now it's not again. I tried placing a bunch of cups of water in the fridge to try to help and that worked the first time, but not the second. I had taken them out when it was staying cool to clarify, but when I saw the temp rising again, I put them back in. I had started using my fridge more normally when it was consistently keeping temp, which is why I took the cups of water out in the first place. Now the temp reader keeps showing 40-45F, depending upon the reader (we have two in there right now). The freezer has been showing anywhere between 5-22F. The settings I keep them at are 0/37F.

  1. How likely could it actually be a freon leak and not something else?
  2. I'm not seeing any weird puddles pooling around the fridge.
  3. There's no weird odors.
  4. It's quiet, save for the occassional noise (like pulling in water to make ice).
  5. One more thing I forgot, the repair guy did say that the compressor was hot to the touch. That he should be able to place his hand on it and keep it there for a little while, but he couldn't touch it without burning his hand. However, he only mentioned it once, and never said anything again.

I'm very skeptical that it's actually a freon leak, but I'll be the first to admit that my knowledge is limited in this area. If there is something else I'm missing, would you be so kind as to share your wisdom? I really don't want to have to get a new fridge, especially if there is something else that can be done to fix it, that still won't push me into the cost of a new fridge.

Thank you so much in advance!
