Okay so by "serious" I mean like the characters actually build wholesome meaningful connections and pursue love interests without the overwhelming amount of friendzoning and acting like their ain't nothing there when THERE IS CLEARLY SOMETHING THERE I watched my dress up darling and hokkaido gals are super adorable amazing love them but they all ended the same they all stay friends and just totally give up or ignore their feelings for each other at this point I'm thinking the SAO had more wholesome romance so if you got any recs drop em also spicy scenes are a plus but nothing to crazy like citrus
