When you get a pickle on the side with a burger and its way more like a cucumber, it's a half sour right?

Recently picked up grillos half sours and they aren't really what I thought they'd be. Good, but not the same. Also, vinegar is in the ingredients.

Do restaurants make their own half sours?

I think I'm looking for a super bland half sour, any suggestions? Or an easy recipe?

Fridge came with the house and we never use the icemaker, but it is hooked up.

It is the kind with a metal thing to turn off or on, which we've always kept up/off.

Today the icemaker has been going non stop, the metal lever thing wont stay up.

Is there an easy way to stop this before completely removing the stupid icemaker?

Pulling the fridge out to shut the water supply off is what im thinking, but its a lot of work.
