How much under asking price did you offer and it got accepted?
Looking to buy around 150k and I was wondering if I should send offers to listings at 160-175k

I have tried to get information on pricing but they seem so rare that it is hard to get an estimate, someone offered me $2000 for one and another person said they could sell for $5000 maybe, hoping someone here can help, thanks!
