CC To Achieve an Actual Porcelain Look?

Hello everyone- I've been wanting to make a Sim inspired off of these jester dolls I've been seeing. But I've been struggling finding good CC to give the sims skin a genuine porcelain look. I've looked at some for dolls but it still looks too organic and it is hard to search for because of that "porcelain/glass skin" makeup thing. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Looking for an absolutely nasty hot pink

I'm looking to get an absolutely eye-searing hot pink nail polish, preferably glittery! Something like this photo but if you find anything more saturated I'd appreciate that as well. Preferably something on the cheaper side please
