Alright so first a little background of the world. We could see the world divided more or less, in human nations and hybrid nations, humans are well, humans; and hybrids are basically humans but with some animal features, animal: ears and tail. Also depending on the species of hybrid they might also have physical characteristics like: improved stregth or more agility than humans. 'Hybrids' is the derogatory term used to refer to them, but Kenos would be the correct, unoffensive name. And Human nations enslave hybrids and hybrids enslave humans.

Empire of Swedland (1954)

The Empire of Swedland is the largest nation of the world, the nation arose after many, separated, wars of unification, deals, contracts and arranged marriages in 1789. The Emperor gains power through means of heritage, he theoretically can give up the throne whenever he wants, but usually they give it up at 60 and give it up to the prince (the monarch’s male firstborne) but they can theoretically give it to any member of the family that’s older than 19 years of age. The nation’s territory is divided, for administration’s sake, in governorates, every governorate has a governor, the governor’s family descends from either: what was the local nobility, in most cases, or from the family that was nominated by the first emperor. The governor has to administrate his governorate. Every Governorate is divided in counties and every county is governed by a count that gains his powers from means of inheritance.

Almost every aspect of the empire’s economy is completely state-run, only small shops are allowed to be privately owned and even then restrictions are many, with, for example, minimum wage existing and being set to 1 dollar (the equivalent of 12 2026 USD) an hour.
At the age of 72 there’s retirement that is completely state backed, retirement is also available for disabled people.
The Swedland Dollar (SD) is the official currency and it is the most valuable currency in the planet, the cost of life is low for the average citizen.
The country has the most developed army industry and excels in the mining sector, extracting from it’s mountains copious amounts of: Iron, coal,  gold, aluminum, copper and silver and tungsten. Then in much smaller quantities chromium and nickel. Petroil is also present in many regions of the empire.
The fishing sector is also prevalent in the western part of the county, contributing to raise exports. 
The nation has rather conservative economic policies, limiting trade with foreign nations with the exception of the United Provinces of Checksly.

The total population is made of 320.000.000 people. Hybrid slaves make up 12.6% of the population, they are used for all sorts of labour, industrial jobs, farming jobs, used as servants in nobles' houses and much more. Hybrids can be legally freed by their owner, but lynching of freed hybrid slaves aren’t a rare sight expecially in the countryside 

----------Army----------
The total human population of the Empire is of about 280 millions, of these, 4.780.350 males are active full-time soldiers, with 2.760.270 additional reserves, making for a total of 6.540.620 troops. Of these soldiers 3.200.000 are enrolled in the Swedish Royal Army (SRA) regular infantry is equipped with M54 pattern cargo pants, M49 jacket, M54 body armour, a M14 helmet, Y-B50 cotton-canvas belt and shoulder straps supporting the combat load, a canteen made from aluminum, a SM48 foldable shovel, leather boots and cotton canvas ammo pouches. 
The army is divided in: 
Armies, each composed of around 500.000 men or 5 Field Armies; 
Field Armies, each composed of 100.000 men or 2 Corps; 
Corps, each composed of around 50.000 men or 3 Divisions; 
Divisions, each composed of around 16.000 men or 3 brigades;
Brigades composed of 4.000 men or 4 battalions; 
Battalions composed of around 1000 men or 5 companies, with the exception of the 12th battalion that’s made of 5000 men; 
Company composed of around  200 men or 4 Platoons;
 Platoons made of around 50 men or 4 squads; 
Squads composed of around 10 men.

Every squad has a grenadier equipped with an M79 grenade launcher, a machinegunner with a M50 machinegun and the remaining number is made of riflemen equipped with a M54A4 assault rifle

Special units are also present in the army, these get distributed in the various companies and platoons as needed these special units include sharpshooters, flamethrowers etc

for the artillery the divisions are as follow:
Division of Artillery: around 70 pieces of artillery or 3-4 battalions of artillery;
Battalion of artillery: around 17 pieces of artillery and around 500 soldiers or 3-2 batteries;
Battery of Artillery: around 6-8 pieces of artillery and around 60-150 soldiers or 2 platoons;
Platoon of Artillery: around 3-4 pieces of artillery and around 30-40 soldiers;
Section: every single piece of artillery is called a “section” every piece of artillery has around 4-10 troops, it heavily depends on which piece of artillery.

Swedland has also got mechanized infantry divisions as well as an air force called the Royal Air Force (RAF)

The RAF is organized in storms: bombing storms and fighter storms, the divisions between storms are very loose since they are more commonly used separately or in small groups mixing planes

The Royal Navy has 6 carriers, 10 super-dreadnought-class battleships, 12 cruisers, 18 light cruisers

Every able-bodied male gets conscripted at the age of 16, and has to serve in the military until he’s 18 years-old, all the conscripts, after they complete the first months of training they get basically used as manual labour, helping local communities, working in farms, at times even working in factories etc. After they complete their military service they can stay in the military as full time or as reserves, or they can choose to just leave the army and become civilians. After they leave the army they are eligible for draft until they are under 45 years old.

Duchy of Polskia

Polskia is a Monarchic state, organized in four cantons, the monarch, the Dutchy of Polskia, gains power through means of inheritance, the duke is the highest civilian authority -- although it is barely used among Polskish dukes -- and in times of war the duke becomes the highest ranking military official. Each canton has it's own prince, who gains princedom through means of inheritance, and is the highest civilian authority in his respective canton, second only to the Dutch. The cantons have very limited autonomy, as they can only approve civil projects in their jurisdiction. For every Duchy-wide decision the Duke convocates all of the princeps, and the decisions are taken by voting, with rule of unanimity. In origin the cantons were five, but after their defeat in the war of 1812, their Fifth canton, as well as the whole of their coastline, were invaded by the newly formed Free State of Italica, as they took advantage of Polskia's massacrated army.
Today (1954) most of the Polskish economy is almost completely self-sustaining. Its most flourishing sector of the economy is the agrarian one, the most exported products are wheat and potatoes. The Polskish territory is also poor of ores or any other kind of natural resources.  
There are some 1.000.000 hybrid slaves, most of which are involved in agricultural labour, as hybrids are, by Ducal law, strictly prohibited from performing industrial work.
The general population has a general apathy towards the politics of the country, after several wars, civil wars, and famines that dried the people of all hope, and nationalist sentiment.

In war firearms are the weapon of choice but melee weapons, and byonet fighting are still a viable option.
They have a small population of 60.000.000 souls, of these, the army is composed of 600.000 units, 500.000 of which are reserves. Counting reserves Polskia has, 329.000 infantry units, 155.000 cavalry units, and 15.000 fieldgunners, the polskish army has also some 300 outdated armoured vehicles in warehouses across the country. The Polish air force or DAF, Ducal Air Force, has 34 extremely outdated airplanes.

The uniform of the average infantryman is made of: gray, wool, type 34 pants; gray, wool, type 34 jacket; a leather belt with two leather pouches; a wool 'Dsackzyar' cap; theoretically they should have also a PS17 standard issue elmet, but usually due to shortages of raw materials, they're rarely seen on soldiers; and they are equipped with a PBAR16, a clip-fed bolt-action rifle, endowed with, among other things, ladder sights.

Elitè soldiers, mostly used for parades or protection of army and government officials, are equipped with: PL24 harness; soldier-chosen pouches; and, most importantly, equipped with the PAR-53. The PAR-53 is a very practical, magazine-fed, automatic rifle. It's extremely reliable in all sorts of conditions, and requires little maintenance. The weapon's only downside is that the rifle is extremely overengeneered, making it really complicated and expensive to produce. On paper it is the standard issue rifle of the ducal army, but the PBAR-16 and other bolt-action rifles, keep beign in use, since they're cheaper to produce, and since the country gave up on imperialistic wars of expansion a long time ago, so there would be no need to waste money and resources to replace perfectly functioning and durable rifles, like the PBAR-16, that are already present en masse in the country and issued to the army.

United Provinces of Checksly (1954)

The United Provinces of Checksly are a monarchic state composed of eight other minor nations (Duchy of Moravsk, County of Zìln, Earldom of Makiivka, Barony of Marinka, Earldom of Cestke, Republic of Altford, Duchy of Leigh, Principality of Nirtia) that were previously independent and suffered under the occupation of numerous foreign powers since the beginning of the 1700s . Thanks to Bohdan Vovkodav, the Duke of Moravsk, these nations peacefully unified in the summer of 1937 with the Pragst Treaty. The capital of the Union is Pragst, which was the previous capital of the Duchy of Moravsk and has become its own administrative province following the Pragst Treaty. All the provinces of the Kingdom still have substantial autonomy in certain fields, but most of the power resides in the Hetman, who is concurrently the highest ranking military official and the highest civilian authority. The Hetman is elected by a council composed of all the leaders of every province , except the capital province . Everyone who has noble blood in their family tree, which is very few, can be elected as Hetman. Once elected, the Hetman stays in charge until he dies or retires . Nowadays (1954), Checksly is a nation very loyal to the Empire of Swedland, as they are not only its number one supplier of iron , coal, and platinum , which are essential for Swedland's war industry, but this also makes the protection of Checksly's independence one of Swedland's main priorities.

The country's industry is mainly concentreted in few large cities and mining ares, for examples where there's going to be a platinum mine there's also going to be a platinum refinery and all of the factories who's produces making as to do with platinum. Electricity is diffused in 75% of the country, in cities and in the surrounding areas, but a lot of people still live villages in the countryside with little to no electricity. Automobiles are a luxury for the rich, nobles and military officials, making them really rare to see.

The nation's relations with its surrounding neighbors are mostly slightly aggressive, with limited trading. Checksly has an extremely mountainous geography, hosting the four highest mountains in the world. To this day (1954) they still long to free their brothers of the Rentrich Principalty, who are, to this day, still under foreing occupation.

There are just a few thousand hybrids in the United Provinces , all owned by the local nobility.

The Checkslyan population is extremely religious, militaristic, and nationalist culture developed due to the long years of revolutionary fighting that occourred from the begining of the 1910s to 1937's treaty of Pragst. They have a very strong national pride due to the sheer brutality and scale of the bloodsheds of the indipence wars, for examples the occupators wheren't anew to slaugthering civilians, plundering cities, and would often rape en masse civilian women in the occupied areas. It is also usefull to note that many battles were won by not just numbers, as they were often outnumbered and outclassed by their opponements, but with strategy.

The greatest national tragedy would be the fall of Orenburg, a tragic battle -- often romaticized in books and films -- where the struggle for indipendence of the principalty of Rentrich came to an end after 57 days of fighting in the city. The battle saw the Harmilian Republican Army against what remained of Rentrich's army and thousands of civilian militias that fought resiliantly until the Harmilian army overunned them May 7th. The thing that, among others, makes the battle of Orenburg such a tragedy, was that due to national pressure and the fear of other allies of the republic's intervention, The united provences wheren't able to send military reinforcements. Needless to say they still long to reunite with their brothers of Rentrich.

A strong patriarchal social structure is ingrained in society, the effects of which include, but are not limited to: practices of arranged marriage still being in use, women not being legally allowed, among many other things, to have bank accounts, and essentially being able to live without a male partner. Women are also not legally allowed to work factory jobs. Adultery is punished with death if the woman is the adulteress, while if the man fornicates with another woman, he is free from any consequences , although , mostly in northeastern towns , somewhat heavy social guilt is placed on him. Same-sex relationships are extremely demonized, going as far as, in some rural cities, publicly executing people accused of homosexuality through means of lapidation , hanging, or firing squad.

Differences between provences, aside from dialects, consist in, for example: the populations of Cestke, Altford, Leigh and Nirtia gbeing more peacefull populations that, not strongly, but would generally not be in favor of espansionistic wars. Another difference between provences is the shift of power of religious figures in republic of Altford and in the principalty of Nirtia. As members of the clergy don't retain as mush power as they would've had in the 1920s for example, and in these two provences religion is also dropping in popularity, differently from the other provences. There are also cultural differences that apply to all provences: like uses and customs of marriage, culinary traditions etc.

----------Army----------

The population counts roughly 15 , 000 , 000 citizens, 500 , 000 of whom live in Pragst. The Royal Army counts 900 , 000 troops in total, 300 , 000 of whom are professional soldiers, and the remaining 500 , 000 are reserves. Of these 300 , 000, 165 , 000 are simple infantry, 15 , 000 are part of mechanized infantry units, and the remaining 60 , 000 are cavalry units. Counting the reserves, there are: 710 , 000 regular infantry units, 105 , 000 cavalry units, 70 , 000 mechanized infantry units, and 5 , 000 units of the 'sky brigades', which also count ten 1949 airships. The army also counts 10 , 000 gunners and 3,000 artillery pieces, ranging from long-range, high-caliber cannons to field cannons.

The average infantry soldier is equipped with a standard uniform made from a long gray or black wool trench coat ; a wool or, for the well-adjusted, cotton tunic; thick leather boots with riveted steel soles; and one standard issue Kabda hat. Their equipment consists of an SS35 ammo pouch, endowed with four pouches, and worn obliquely along the chest . Alongside the SS37, they also wear an additional SM37 ammo pouch belt, usually with four additional pouches, though it must be noted that many soldiers remove some for more dynamic equipment . The average infantryman is equipped with a Swedland-made SHK-39 rifle, equipped with a bayonet; soldiers have steel armor plates, mainly using the home-produced Swedland's ARM-35.

Checkslyan officials are equipped with the same standard uniform, with the exception of red outlines on some elements of the trench coat, as well as caps and medals that signal their rank. Their equipment consists of a sable and an M33 revolver, although it is useful to note that especially high-ranking officials tend to customize their uniforms with, but not limited to : pelts , additional armor plates, and pieces of uniforms taken as trophies in past military campaigns.
