How do I answer “Why are you changing your current job?” in an interview?

Hi everyone,

I have an interview in about 12 hours and I really need some advice on how to answer this question professionally.

I currently work as an Operation Coordinator and I’m applying for a new role as an Administration Manager.

The thing is, I’ve been facing some issues in my current workplace recently. The salary is very low compared to the workload, and they keep increasing responsibilities without updating the contract. The workload has become heavier almost every week, and now they’re asking us to work longer hours than originally agreed. Shift schedules are also changing constantly and randomly based on management decisions. Overall, the work environment has become quite unstable and not well-structured in terms of policies and employee rights.

Another point is that my current role is fully remote (online), while the new position is on-site (offline), which I actually see as a positive step for me in terms of structure, communication, and professional growth.

I don’t want to sound negative or unprofessional in the interview, so I’m looking for advice on how to frame this situation in a positive and professional way.

What would be the best way to answer this question?

Thank you in advance!

WhatsApp Business has been acting really weird lately

My number got banned from WhatsApp Business, so I bought a new one and created a new account. But it keeps getting banned almost daily, even though I’m not doing anything except talking to a few people I know and joining some work-related groups. (I made a previous post about this issue and some people suggested solutions, which I already tried)

Now the problem seems even stranger: every time I try to link WhatsApp to my laptop, the account gets banned again.

And it’s no longer just about the numbers getting banned. About an hour or two after one of my coworkers’ numbers got banned, now a group for one of our courses suddenly got shut down for no reason, and all the clients enrolled in the course were removed from the group. I genuinely don’t understand what’s happening or why. We are not violating any policies it’s simply a group for around 100 registered clients where we share study materials, lecture links, recordings, and answer questions.

Anyway, I heard that Meta’s AI moderation system sometimes does this randomly. Does anyone know a solution for this or how we can reach an actual human at WhatsApp support instead of the AI replies we keep getting through email and support channels? This situation is causing major problems for our work, and honestly we’re exhausted... Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone,

I’m having a really frustrating issue with my WhatsApp Business account and I’m hoping someone here can help or has gone through something similar.

My account keeps getting banned almost daily without any clear or logical reason. Every time it happens, I request a review, and they respond saying there’s no problem and restore the account. But this cycle keeps repeating, and it’s seriously affecting my work since I rely on WhatsApp for communication.

The strange thing is that I literally just bought this number recently and created the account. I haven’t done any suspicious activity at all... I only joined a few work-related groups and contacted about 5 people I already know personally. That’s it.

No bulk messaging, no automation tools, nothing against the rules.

I also tried reaching out to customer support multiple times. I sent emails to both WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business support, but unfortunately all I get are automated AI responses.

I haven’t been able to reach a real person or get any actual help. The only thing they keep telling me is to submit a review request and wait up to 24 hours, which is exactly what I’ve already been doing every single time.

So I’m basically stuck in the same loop with no real solution or explanation.

This situation is really stressful because my work gets interrupted every time the account is banned, and I need a reliable solution ASAP.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any idea why this might be happening or how to fix it permanently?
