I purchased this laptop April 2025, amd have been using it okay for the past year but recently, I started getting issues while gaming, pertaining to unresponsive blackscreen and shutdown while gaming. I have tried many things software wise, like uninstalling and reinstalling graphics drivers, ctrl+shift+windows+b, windows updates and others. Now I have these horizontal lines across my whole screen, top to bottom edge to edge, and I have no idea how to fix it software wise. I took it to the authorized service center a month ago and the issue went away for a few weeks before coming back just the same. I am scared to do anything involving opening the computer as that will void the warranty and I am just a student. The technician told me to always check windows update and graphics driver update but none the new updates help with my issue. Thanks for the help in advance.
