Tips for a three-day trip

Hi! So this weekend I'll be travelling to Mallorca for the first time (seem weather will be amazing!) and will be staying in the Cala d’Or area. This will be a short trip, only three days, and for that reason I don't want to be moving from one place to another like crazy, just chilling, having a cold beer, enjoying the calas and having a nice dinner at the end of the day. Was wondering if you have good tips for calas to visit (will be around Saturday, Sunday and Monday) and restaurants for dinner (Italian, local ones all welcome. Looking forward to some ensaimadas!). Just want to avoid any tourist traps. I was in Menorca last summer and had a great time there. Hoping for the same. Many thanks!

"Hiring on hold"

I'm currently involved in a project, but had another role I hadn't originally submitted to with the status of "hiring in review". But this morning I've noticed it has changed to "hiring on hold". What does it mean? Client has paused the project? I wasn't selected? Many thanks

I've got my first project today and I'm almost finishing my onboarding steps. I see, however, that there are some mandatory documents for compliance issues that I need to upload. There are two of them that I don't have yet because I've recently moved to a new country in Europe. Will it have any impact on whether I'll be able to work & get paid? I've already signed contract, verified my identity etc. Thanks!

I'm yet to start working with Micro1 but about a week or so ago I received my first certificate and last night an email saying my "profile is now under review by our client for final project approval". Status on my dashboard remains "satisfactory interview", which I believe is normal given the 30-day deadline of the whole process

However, I did notice that a new role that I don't remember applying for appeared on my dashboard today and is already in the "hiring manager reviewing" status

Obviously, not complaining here, just curious if that's normal and maybe that's because of my vetted skills?
