Nothing is finished and that is enough - downpourguy

Hi, I’ve recently started dabbling with more experimental music. I was trying to put a real emotion into this, namely my fear of dying and not getting to finish things I’ve started. I would very much appreciate anybody who gives it a listen and welcome any feedback as this is my first foray into experimental music.

Thank you

Fender Blacktop Strat neck issue

Hi, I have a Fender Blacktop Strat that has developed an issue on the back of the neck. It’s not hugely visible but it seems like the skunk stripe has come away from the rest of the neck.

I can feel it when I play, it’s almost like the finish has cracked perfectly around the skunk stripe and I think it’s raised slightly toward the lower edge of the neck.

The guitar plays fine and holds tuning with no issues. Would this just be cosmetic or should I ideally get this to be looked at?

We’ve had the heatwave from Hell in the UK over the past week, and it was sat in my home office which got to an unbearable temperature.
