You might not unlock the Mistral even if you have all support cars with decent stats!
If you want to unlock the car from 0bp, you need all max support cars to unlock it. Even though the support cars are easier than the previous ones.
And yes, i don't recommend spending tokens on Mistral packs; save it for future events.

How GL mistakenly post the wrong GT car
The patch notes also say it's McLaren GT, but it turns out it's Ford GT.
GL is actually blind at this point.
