Can anyone recommend a good PT for neck instability/proprioception issues.

Ive noticed that when my husband rubs the back of my neck where I get a lot of pain, I assume from nerves being compressed, that I get facial flushing. Whats the connection?

Anyones neck muscles feel unstable with ON flare?

We only have K laser in town. Worth a shot? I dont know much about either.

Since Reddit is anonymous, I figured why not ask. I think most people know jobs here dont keep up with cost of living. Curious how much everyone is making and what kind of lifestyle that is affording them in Missoula. We make 200k with all income combined, own a quaint home that we bought when interest rates were low, have some decent debt from a previous season of life (medical) but live frugally, drive older, paid off vehicles.

Does having ON ever make you feel like you are walking on a boat or cant hold your head up right. When its not flared I dont have these symptoms but when they are I feel unsteady.

Curious what peoples experience here has been for neck pain?
