If you had to make an ideal version of a boxer but make him weak in one area than power would be my pick. It's completely unnecessary to have power to be elite in boxing. A lot of times fans hyper focus on it when determining who will win a fight. Best recent example would probably be Canelo vs Crawford where the majority of fans insisted that Canelo's power would be far too much for Crawford to handle but it ended up never being relevant to the fight once. Other notable example would be Usyk. The overwhelming majority of people agreed he was a far superior boxer than any HW but would succumb to their power and never be an elite HW. Then in Dalton Smith vs Matias many claimed Matias' power would be too much for Smith to handle and Smith ended up KOing him with his superior skills. Take a guy like Naoya Inoue who is an impressive KO artist. If you gave him Takuma's power he'd probably be just as successful as he is now just maybe less popular than he is. Boxing IQ, defense, accuracy is what you need. I will say that having power does significantly increase the fun factor in a fight though.
