4th Edition Gets Hot

Weird question for the Warhammer veterans. I'm reading the 4th Ed rulebook for some games of 4th Ed on Tabletop Simulator with friends. The Gets Hot rule on page 30 mentions; 1 shot=1s hurt, 2 shots=1s and 2s hurt..... Then 3 shots=1s 2s AND 3s hurt.

Does anyone remember anything that has Gets Hot and has 3 shots? Because I'm drawing a blank. It's been a long time and I'm probably just forgetting something

I bought these guys 16+ years ago and I've never done anything with them or even figured what game they're from. I have like 20 of them and they all say TG99 on the tabs. Any ideas?
