GOT THIS FANTASTIC REAL MADRID JERSEY FROM REDKARD

Ordered the latest 26/27 Madrid jersey from REDKARD, and oh my God it looks absolutely stunning! The quality is top-notch, especially considering the price. It's not that cheap, overly synthetic material; it genuinely has a premium feel to it. The embroidered logo and overall finishing are excellent. Super satisfied with this purchase and definitely worth it!

P.S - It's not some sort of promotion, I have noticed people find it very hard to get some really good quality jerseys in India at the same time avoid being scammed

Has anyone recently got BDA building approval in Bhubaneswar?

We purchased a residential plot a few months ago (sunderpada) and we're now trying to get building plan approval from BDA.

We're being told there's an issue because the internal road in the layout hasn't been gifted to BDA/local authority. The original builder is not traceable and nobody seems to be giving a clear answer on how this can be resolved.

Has anyone faced something similar recently? Were you able to get approval?

Also, if anyone knows the right department, officer, contact, or procedure to get a proper answer from BDA, please let me know. We've been running around and getting different answers from different people.

Any help would be appreciated
