Cost for replacement key

For those of you that have needed replacement keys for your Subaru where are you getting them? From the dealer or local locksmith? I have 2016 Impreza base that does not have push to start. It has the physical key that has the lock/unlock buttons. Dealer quoted me $350! Ridiculous if you ask me. I found a local mobile locksmith on Marketplace that quoted me $120 for a new cut key and programming.

Random music starts blaring during workout

I was in the middle of a walk today and all of a sudden this annoying jive ass jingle started playing through the speaker on my Trex 3 Pro. At first I was like WTF is that music? Then I realized it was coming from my watch. Here is the kicker, I didn't have my phone with me and have also never listened to music on my watch. I have never uploaded music nor have I ever tried playing music with any type of media player. I couldn't figure out how to turn it off. 😂. Meanwhile my friend is looking at me like WTF are you listening to? In the end I managed to go to the volume icon and just turn the volume down to zero. But I never saw any type of media player. Like I said I was walking. It's not like I was doing any kind of weird motions with my hands or wrists that would've triggered the buttons on the watch.

Anyone else ever have rando music playing?

Impreza stock speakers are terrible. Looking to upgrade

My new to me 2016 Impreza base model stereo/speakers sound pretty bad. I'm not an audiophile and dont need ultra high end audio. Just curious how much a speaker change will help. I don’t want to upgrade head unit. But also don’t want to bother upgrading speakers if there is not much to gain.

For those that have replaced just the speakers did it drastically help the sound quality and if you did which speakers are recommended that won’t break the bank.

Thanks.

Need recommendations for first Subaru

Just bought my first Subaru. A 2016 Impreza 2.0L sedan that I will use as a runner and work commute car. It has 90k miles and I want to change all the fluids and make sure the maintenance is up to date.

I admittedly don't have a lot of background info on the service history. I was told it was well maintained by the owner and it looks pretty good to me. But without proof and receipts I can't be sure. All I can do is do my best moving forward. I want to start using Valvoline Protect and Restore from here on out to help prevent any sludging and free up rings to help prevent oil burning. It may not be a miracle product but it certainly won’t hurt from a preventative side. One of my questions is should I use a thicker oil like 5W-20 or 5w-30?

I also want to replace the CVT fluid and plan to use genuine Subaru fluid unless there is an aftermarket fluid that's acceptable. With things like CVTs I'd rather pay a few extra bucks for genuine fluid. But I'm open to reasonable discussion.

Lastly, I love detailing vehicles and wonder how tolerant Subarus are to engine bay washing. I typically use a degreaser like simple green along with a hogs hair brush and a gentle garden hose rinse. Anything specific I need to avoid in that engine bay?

ATT Tower Outage?

Anyone on ATT experiencing cell phone problems near Morgantown? Specifically north of town into PA?

I checked the outage map but it doesn't show any problems.
