I've been at Sam's for almost two years now (June 10th is my anniversary (18 months at old store, almost 5 months at new store)), and I've never had any serious issues until tonight.

I fucking fell down some stairs at home, and hurt my foot real bad. I'm so fucking mad. 😡 😡 😡 Tomorrow is my Friday, and I already put in an absence and PPTO for tomorrow. I'm hoping the extra day will help.

If it doesn't, how do I go about using LOA? Do I go to the doctor first? Do I contact Sedgwick first? Will I still get paid?

I've also heard a bunch of horror stories about using Sedgwick, so I'm kind of worried.
