Tomorrow marks 25 years since my severe traumatic brain injury(DAI). This morning I spiraled over a “what if” scenario and had a meltdown. I’m thankful for a kind, understanding, patient partner who helps me through those moments. But I also feel like such a burden. It never ends. I’m so, so tired.
