Just wanted to know if anyone else has had an issue with this. So I've gone to a few different stores to get a game system since my local is out. 3 different times now I've been told no. They give different reasons but I've been thinking it's just that they don't want to give out there products to someone who doesn't go to that store. This last time the GM straight up told me he wouldn't let me spend that much today because I haven't played at his store. I've got a email from corporate after the last time this happened saying that's not a reason not to sell something as long as the tickets are legit. I told him this and was told that he'll look at it, but still won't let me get it. Frustrating since it's 2 hours away.

I shipped a $600.00 item to a customer on the 14th and it was supposed to be delivered on the 18th. It was a higher value item so they needed a signature from someone. UPS made an attempt a day early on the 17th, and left a slip. Apparently this made the customer upset so they wrote in and called customer care. Customer care approved and refunded the entire amount on the 17th, a full day before the package was even supposed to be delivered. Of course the next day the customer signed for the package and now has the package and the money. I've filed a dispute but I don't understand why they would even issue a refund in the first place. It's ridiculous.

I'm sure this has happened to a lot of sellers but first time for me and I'm not sure what the process is. I sell meta Quest 3's and those only come in 512GB. I just got a return request today and the customer is claiming that they received a 128GB version. The only way that's possible is if it was a quest 3S, which I don't and have never sold. I already opened a case but what can I expect to happen now and what can I do?
