Any reviews on the edition in hyattsville? Bugs/rodents? Packages stolen?

I know this post may be redundant, so sorry in advance.

It feels impossible to find luxury apartments with decent reviews. My roommate and I are doctoral students moving cross country to DC at the end of July. We plan to tour apartments next month, but we don’t have a solid list of places to tour. We really like the Shaw, NOMA, and Brookland area but are open to anywhere with a decent walk to the metro (~10-15 mins). Our budget is $4,500 for 2bd 2ba. Any apartment recommendations are appreciated!
