Should an undersupplier freeze?
My 11wk old baby gets 50/50 breast milk and formula. I think it’s fairly likely that my milk supply will disappear as I return to work. (I know about the PUMP Act but I will no longer be able to sleep and see my baby and pump as much as I have been. Pumping seems to be the right thing to cut.) Anticipating this, should I continue to give my baby everything I make while I make it? Or should I freeze some to prolong his intake albeit at lower quantities? Is there a minimum daily volume below which there is no benefit?
