trying to build a simple routine for UAE weather because my hair is falling, scalp gets oily, ends get dry, and AC makes everything worse.

right now i’m doing loose hairstyle in the day, no wet hair bun, gentle wash, conditioner only on ends, and Be Bodywise hair growth serum at night on the scalp.

also bought a Tangle Teezer because aggressive brushing after shower was definitely making it worse. thinking of getting a silk pillowcase too because my hair looks broken near the front and sides.

anything i should add/remove? i want boring routine advice, not miracle remedies.

new rented flat, no purifier. Building water ka taste weird hai.

buying RO feels too much because I will stay maybe 8-9 months only. cans bhi daily headache lag rahe hain.

renting a purifier practical hai kya or service issue ban jaata hai?
