I found PSLV C22 launch footage

Could anyone who knows the possible reasons provide them? Is it due to people leaving?

Are the coding projects in BTech CSe, BTech CCE and and BTech ICT done using AI-generated code now or do students still care about coding? A BTech CSE Aspirant here. I am just asking how students from the above-mentioned branches are preparing for a tech world that talks a lot about LLMs and Generative AI.

The Award is given by the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics  (AIAA). The Citation of the said award is as follows: "For the groundbreaking landing of the ISRO’s Chandrayaan-3 near the lunar south pole region, to deepen our understanding of the moon and beyond".

The last Cartosat to be launched was Cartosat-3 in 2019. Why haven't we launched a Cartosat since then? Given that all Cartosat-2 series satellites were launched upto 2018 and the nominal lifespan of these satellites is 5 years (Though most of them last a decade).
