New job

I Just started this job on June 22, I really like it, It's laid back. The people I work with are nice except this one lady I call her B. The lady who is my lead had me go work with B because my area didn't have any work at the moment. The minute I got near B I got "Bad Vibes." I'm not here to make friends, but I be friendly towards my coworkers, no not B she act like I should know the job, she's definitely not a people person to train. She all but snapped at me because I said I didn't remember doing a certain task from last week. So I mentioned this to my lead she says she does that to everyone, if you feel like she was out of place we can do a report on her or you can contact HR. I told her not at the moment because I have on been here a week. I know I am not quitting because I love this job. I just don't want to work with her. My question would you report her or just avoid her?

No job to 2 jobs

Working a job I don't like but stayed until I got something better. Received a call about a job I applied for did interview got a call back. I just received my offer letter from them today 6/5/26 2 offers within the same week...meanwhile I applied to another company did a interview, walk through[ SN this was my 3rd time applying to this particular company ] This time I GOT THE JOB, got my offer letter, start date, background/ drug test cleared. My job description Distribution Technician scanning store labels making sure the order is correctly going to that client. [ labels we see the price ] Not bad for a 58 yr old...for those who are still out there looking don't give up, I came from out of work for 5 months to this point. Tweek your resume to make it stand out from the rest. Wishing you the Best.

This 58 yr old got a job

I was laid off in March 2025...was out of work for 5 months. I have been on 3 different jobs either they didn't pay enough or they was too much manual labor but I stayed until something better came along...and I finally got my call as a Inspector at a medical company; & it's on the shift I like 3rd. To those who say you can't get a job after 50+ isn't true...it might make it harder but it depends on your years of skills and how you word your resume.
