Hi as the title states I am looking for a jobsite Forman for residential construction, we have a crew of general laborers and apprentices but we’re growing and I need someone with experience in residential construction. We are an autism employer so there is a different learning curve for our employees. And we don’t do a lot of the toxic construction machismo stuff. Our work week is 9-4 M-F, 9 paid holiday, 6 sick days, 5 PTO days position would be salary since it’s not based on a 40 hr week. Also training and tool stipends as well as a work truck or vehicle stipend. Salary starts at 60k DOE

I get this on philosophical level. But why do we all wait up all night. Panic order Mina’s tirith, lose our shit that Lego servers got overloaded. And then nonchalantly order it today at like 11am after we realize that it hasn’t sold out and our original order didn’t post 😅😂
