What’s it like living in U-district/ravenna as a 30 y/o woman NOT attending college?
Im home hunting in Seattle and noticed rent is significantly cheaper in these areas. Given that this is a college area, is it worth living here as a 28 year old lady with the cheaper rent or are the students annoying?
