Will SR work well for helping people get off many years (10+) of 4-8mg of sub a day?

Under optimal conditions how many grams would it take to detox experienced addicts who are stuck on either kratom or suboxone for 15-20 years?

Anyone get this super rare book earlier this year? Seems according to amazon its about to be printed again and coming out september 9th. The initial release was super limited, just pre-ordered it. This is looking like its not one of the books associated with The Kerouac Estate.

I guess it really is true that its not just a potency difference but compared to HCL its lower water solubility makes it take longer to hit. Went from barely feeling it to fully sacramental in a few hours.

Several months ago my dad was diagnosed with parkinsons in his early 70s. He was instantly put on a script for L-DOPA but coupled with his buproprion its sent him into a non-stop state of hypomania for whats become months now. As such he is completely out of touch with me, reversed every plan we agreed upon and gone entirely AWOL traveling all over the country. He is supposed to be taken off the buproprion sometime soon (if hes even still following through with that) and I had hoped that the hypomania will be greatly reduced thereafter even though a lot of it stems from the L-DOPA alone.

Im just wondering for anyone here who has had to deal with someone becoming hypomanic or manic from L-DOPA, when does that tend to go away or become less intense, if ever?

How potent is fumarate really? Some people say 75% the potency of HCL (thus 400mg of fum would be 300mg hcl), but others say "441mg fumarate equals 406mg hcl". What is it really?

Anyone else planning a trip for the first of summer? I generally like to trip on equinoxes and solstices if I can. Aiming for 400mg of fumarate, gonna be my first time taking anything besides HCL. I did 420mg HCL for the first day of spring so this seems appropriate.
