They have a fully assembled floor model of this for $650 at my local Home Depot. My dad has a Sam’s Club griddle (6ish years old) that he loves. Thinking of getting for him as a gift. Worth it?
My wife and I are preparing for her to transition as a SAHM in ~1 year. We want to make sure we are maximizing the next year while she is still working to set us up for success. Below is our current financial situation. Any advice would be much appreciated!
We live below our means (no major expenses besides mortgage); since we have been married (~6 mos.), we have exclusively lived off of my salary. We do plan to build up our HYSA a bit more. We also want to replace her sedan (~10-15K value) with a new CSUV. Longer-term, we would love to get a larger house (~500K price territory at current prices). How should we attack the next ~1 year? Aggressively pay off mortgage? More into retirement?
