This particular section of my hair was I guess under-processed a bit about two years ago. I understand that my hair isn’t supposed to be bone straight, so I don’t expect it to be, & this isn’t my natural texture. Therefore, I believe it’s relaxed (if it’s not, lmk please). I haven’t touched this part with relaxer since it happened.

So I’m wondering if I should apply relaxer again or if it’s considered overlapping ? Is it considered damaged from the way it is now, or is it fine ? This is what it looks like while it’s damp, but it looks like the rest of my hair while blow dried or flat ironed.
