they said positive bubble study. and I guess a hole in the right of the heart?

symptoms of low oxygen saturation, shortness of breath, dizziness, can't lie flat. can't walk far or too much. not asking for any diagnosis but just want an explanation and maybe other experiences/treatments ??

Not asking for advice here, but are there any differences between having a really bad COPD flair or heart failure ?

My mom has severe asthma and COPD and recently she was on her big oxygen concentrator at 5 liters and her portable one at 3. She refused assistance and got over it after like an hour. She's had a persistent wet cough for a couple of days. not covid.

She still couldn't breathe. She's really stubborn.

anyways, so I've googled and I just need a real time, human opinion. they both have similar symptoms.
