Since a person became cto of open ai from Cbit. can i try to get into Jane street after graduating from cbit since it is much easier

ok now everyone is saying I am rage baiting and removing my posts from sub. My senior who lives in my apartment i know works at an indian hft in gurgaon. hfts pay more than 5 cr at 4 years of experience but still media glazes Amazon google as big deal. what is it so special in one Jee advanced exam on a single day to get into hft . I like trading. I want to get into top trading firms in the world . what is the work which they do differently from companies like microsoft tcs that is that much difficult to get into. Also which skills to develop if you are graduating from eamcet college to have off campus placement in these companies

Does Jane street optiver hire from eamcet colleges. Will most likely join Vasavi/cbit cse. so with seniors Advice I will try getting a job in Jane street. What is the roadmap. I will grind from first year itself. Getting 9 cgpa in Vasavi cse is equal to iit 9 cgpa and getting 9 in eamcet colleges is more tougher than getting 9 in iit. So it will land job in Jane street
