i’m 29yo male last 9 month my Rbc,Hct,HG Are elevated with normal wbc and Platelate count. My highest hct was 53,hg-17.3,and rbc 5.89, when i consult haematologist he suspected pv, and order some test . My EPO 13.9(4-29), my bone marrow normocellular with myloed prominent, my ME ratio 4.2:1, my bone marrow aspiration note is reactive marrow, my all 3 major molecular result negative ( BCR-ABL1,CALR(exon9),MPL(exon10),jak2(exon14) and jak2 exon12 negative), my recitocyte count 0.88, my LDH- 189 ,
After 1st phlebotomy my HCT drop 44 but after one month my hct again climbed 46.8, my haematologist advised me adequate water with cbc trend monitoring. What the possible cause of this ??

I know its not a suitable place for asking medical advice but im so desperate about my diagnosis and I believe medical experts ans my Questions. Please..,

My cbc show rbc 5.69, Hg- 16.8 and Hct-52.8 my wbc and Platelate normal and stable last 9 month my those parameters elevated, recently my bone marrow biopsy say Normocellular and normal erythropoietsis and my epo 13.8 (ref 4-29) what the possible cause ? I need a valid response please
