Anyone else been waiting 15+ minutes for Quick Play??

Hey all!
My girlfriend is looking to buy her first PC to game with me. My question for you all are Costco’s gaming PC’s worthwhile? Will they last 5 years or so with the games coming out these days? I would love to build her a custom build, but I don’t have the knowledge or know how to do so. I know there are a variety of PCs there but generally speaking would it be worth the money? She currently loves Skyrim, (modded Sims 4), Deadzone Rogue, and is getting into some other games here and there. I really want to play Split Fiction with her. I hope this gives enough information.
