Green flag bundle didn't come with pedals

As per title. Took a few days to ship, then two packages arrived: the wheel and the base but no pedals.

Ordered directly via their website (resellers were more expensive). I live in the Netherlands.

I've already emailed support but read here that that sometimes takes a while. Any ideas what best to do?

Order status shows completed. Order does show two tracking numbers which are identical.

You guys reckon that employees lurk these subreddits or has anyone had the same and found a solution?

Thanks!

When or how do you approach online races?

I'm struggling to see when I'm ready to race online.
I haven't yet raced online because I want to be able to control the car to a certain degree. The thing is that I can do that for a track I practiced but not for other tracks (some which I've never driven on before).

The above results in me practicing a track for like a week with races vs AI and then moving on to another track (untill I can confidently complete a 1.5 hour race and untill I practiced every track?). I have racked up 40 hours this way (got like 30 hours in ACC as well).

At the moment I'm racing AI difficulty 100 (who kicked my ass, got position 17 out of 19). I've tried Le Mans, Laguna, Sebring and Spa. On Spa I got between 2.23-2.26 in race (while frontrunning AI runs 2.19-2.22).
All assists off. GT3 exclusively.

I have NO idea wether I'm overpracticing or that this is the way to go? How did you guys/girls handle the step from offline to online? Any advice?
