You can search for keywords and topics that are in the city meeting transcripts. I find it very useful to keep up with topics across so many hours of weekly meetings. I've updated fallrivermeetings.com to include a clip making feature.

When viewing a video click on 'Clip' button and you can create up to 5 minute clips to download them to your phone or desktop. I'm hoping this encourages more citizens to highlight and discuss issues that matter to them.
