How good are Sydonian Dragoons with lances, placed from reserves with Rapid Ingress?

This seems like this would be good, but the base size gives me pause.

Does anyone have a PDF of the Crusade Catastrophe crusade book from 9th? I’m trying to find it for a 3 player game coming up.
