I have an older 4K Apple TV
UHF pro app
Strong 8k subscription
I am in the uk

Tv plays nicely
Vod things though like From are jerky.

I have had a quick play with the settings but cannot seem to resolve.

My default player is metal.

Anyone had this before and turned on or off the right combination of things to make it play nice?

Wondering whether it’s fps driven as uk based?
I have no issue with broadband speed etc it’s definitely an issue with something software based

Is there a way to debug / log on the iPhone?

App works fine browsing etc but as soon as I start to watch anything it just crashes / closes down?

So I have my DVR Server set up.

I set something to record on the app on my phone to my server and it failed with error 251.

Then I googled it and it seems people have lots of errors with recording.

Is it working? Are people using it?

Should it matter if I set it to record on my home tv or a phone?

Does my Apple TV need to be on for it to record?

When I click to watch something in the past (on a channel showing the clock logo) it starts playing something from an hour before what I want to watch.

I can’t offset my epg as the epg is correct for what’s on when.

Any thoughts on a fix?

Strong8k on UHF on Apple TV.

Watching normal tv is fine but cannot go back for catch up despite the little clock icon. Any thoughts?

Anyone tried watching the Pitt on strong?

The picture quality is great but it seems to constantly stutter. Not buffer more like it’s missing a frame constantly.

I am in the uk and wondering whether it’s a frame rate issue?

The broadcast says it’s 24fps.

I have tivimate premium so imagine there’s some settings I can change but don’t know where to start

I’ve been looking at how much I should have in my pension.

I am uk based. I’ve tried a few sites, they seem to often work off 50% of your current salary. Is this a useful way of doing it?

Any recommended sites for working out how much I should get to?

I am currently 43 so have some time still but I want to make sure I am in a good position, just seems hard to work out a total figure to aim for.
